As a validator, you will be notified when first proposals will be confirmed and sent to you for approval to the next step.

You can validate proposals one by one if needed or validate in bulk. Below is the explanation where validation is done in bulk.

1. Validate several proposals

• Click on the table checkbox to select all employees

• Click on the Validate button: You will see appear a pop up window asking you if you are sure of confirming your proposal

  • Not yet button allows you to go back to the proposals table and verify all the information

  • Send button allows you to confirm your proposals

• Click on Send to send your proposals to the next workflow step.

2. View proposals already validated by you

• If you need to look at your validation, you can click on the Already answered button to look at past validations from you.
