You can skip or add as many guidelines as you want on compensation elements and you will have the possibility to simulate the guidelines created.

1. Add new guidelines

• Click on the button + Add guidelines to create new guidelines for the campaign.

2. Target a population for a new guideline

• First, select the compensation element where you guidelines will be applied.

• Then, select Filter to display the filtering system and filter the campaign population concerned by the guideline. You can add as many filters to target as precisely the guideline.

• Click on the Apply button to validate your selection. You can see the number of employees concerned.
