Which Compensation & Benefits components will you need for your campaign? It's easy, you just have to create them before your campaign! Salary, custom bonus, everything is possible 💪🏼

Let's see how to configure the C&B components 🧐

1. Access the main menu on the left side of your screen

• Click on the ⭐ **Compensations** section

2. Access the under section "Compensation Elements"

• Click on the Compensations Elements section.

In which you will discover the list of created Compensation Elements! Of course if it's your first time here on Qomben the list only contains Salary by default. No worries, just click on the purple button at the top right of your screen 🙂.

You will have to fill in the empty boxes:

• Compensation Element's name: Give a name to your new element
• Type of element: Choose an option in the droplist
• The frequency and the period of the element: Choose the frequency and period regarding the type you selected above
• An optionnal description: Add a comment if you want to describe in details your new element
