You can confirm on behalf of a compensation manager if needed. Just need to go to the proposal tables and select a manager for confirming proposals 😉.

<aside> 💡 As an HR, you can only see employees (and related compensation managers) where the HR manager is yourself.

1. Access the proposals as a Compensation Manager

• Click on the ... button action in the Campaign list section and select Proposals to access all current proposals
• Click on the droplist to select a Compensation Manager from the campaign
