Through the People section, you can find all employee details regarding their compensation and benefits information.

<aside> 💡 As an HR, you can only see employees where the HR manager is yourself.

1. The People Tab

• Click on the 👥**People** section

2. Display the list of all your employees

• You can see directly some of their information such as the Country, Contract Type, Organization (i.e. departments, teams, sub-teams, etc.), Job Title, Global Package (in local currency), Employee status (an employee is considered as inactive based on contract end date if applicable).
• A 👁️‍🗨️ View ****button is available to view the employee's detailed information.

<aside> ⚙ After the Beta version, the display of the table could be personalized to add/hide columns (through the button Customize Columns).

3. Search a specific employee

• Click on the Search button
