You can visualize all employee's relevant information regarding profile and compensation history.

1. Employee's current data

On the employee's detailed page, you will find all the information about:

• their identity.
• their location in the company.
• their job and contract details.
• Custom fields configured by the admin and that provide more information based on the company's needs (i.e. performance, potential, etc.).

For the compensation history:

• For each year, the latest value of the compensation package is displayed by default in local currency.
• By default, the compensation history is displayed for the last 3 years. You can click on the Up/Down Arrow to display more or fewer years.

• To change the currency (from Local currency to Reference currency), you can click on the reference currency icon at the upper right of the compensation table.
• The amounts will automatically change based on the exchange rate!
